About the estate
The Cave des Remparts estate is located in Saillon in Valais. The family-run business is managed by Eveline and Yvon alongside their children, with daughter Manon working as an oenologist and son Noé as a cellarman. The vineyards are situated on mid-slope sites with a sunny exposure and are cultivated using environmentally friendly production methods. For nearly 40 years, the winery has produced wines that have received multiple awards for their quality.
The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Petite Arvine.
