About the estate
The Cave des 3 Clos estate is located in Begnins in the Vaud region and has been operated by the Gervaix family for generations in the traditional Vaud style. In 2004, Alexandre Gervaix took over the winery, which covers 3.5 hectares of vineyards. The cultivated grape varieties include Chasselas, Pinot Noir, and Gamay, alongside several white specialties and red blends. Vineyard management incorporates mechanical soil maintenance while avoiding synthetic products and chemical additives. All processes from vinification to commercialization are carried out directly at the property.
