About the estate
The Cave de la Fornelette winery is run by the family in Bougy-Villars on the slopes of Féchy, continuing the work of a lineage of winemakers. The estate spans more than ten hectares of vineyards divided into 29 parcels across five municipalities. Fifteen grape varieties are cultivated here to produce around ten wines with the AOC La Côte and AOC Vaud designations. Chasselas accounts for the largest share of production, while red varieties such as Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, and Mara, along with several specialties, complete the range. All wines are aged in the estate's own cellar.
