About the estate
The Swiss winery Cave de l’Adret is located in Champlan on the sunny right bank of the Rhone above the town of Sion in Valais. Founded in 1984, the family estate is run across generations by Paul-Henri, Joëlle, and Salomé Roux. The vineyards are farmed without synthetic products in respect of nature. The portfolio includes wines under the AOC Valais designation such as Petite Arvine, Marsanne Blanche, Merlot, and Cornalin, alongside sparkling wines and limited cuvées. In addition to wine production, the estate features its own tasting and gathering space.
