About the estate
The Cave Beetschen estate is located in Bursins within the AOC La Côte wine region and represents a family tradition of winemakers. The specialization in viticulture started in 1982 when the farm shifted from mixed agriculture to wine production and laid the foundation for the current operations. Today, the family cultivates around eleven hectares of vines in their own vineyards and vinifies all wines independently. In 2013, the estate officially initiated its conversion to organic farming to ensure a sustainable and responsible approach.
