About the estate
The Cartizze PDC winery was founded in 2012 by the mechanical engineer Pietro De Conti. The estate cultivates 1.3 hectares of vineyards in the hills of Valdobbiadene and specializes in the organic production of Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG. In the vineyards, synthetic chemicals are strictly avoided, focusing instead on the preservation of old vines and the promotion of natural biodiversity. Vinification involves manual harvesting, gentle pressing, and aging in dedicated concrete vats to enhance structure and complexity. Through limited production and precise craftsmanship, the estate crafts distinctive sparkling wines that reflect their origin.
