About the estate
The Cincinnato estate was founded as a cooperative in Cori in 1947 and currently comprises 105 members farming a total vineyard area of 550 hectares. The winery focuses on the preservation and vinification of indigenous grape varieties such as Nero Buono, Bellone, Cesanese, and Greco. The mostly small vineyard plots are managed using integrated pest management alongside organic farming methods on volcanic and limestone soils. In addition to wine production, the enterprise emphasizes environmental sustainability through energy self-sufficiency and distributes its wines to numerous countries worldwide.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Bellone and Nero Buono.
