The Cantina Bailoni winery in Ravina, Trentino, looks back on a family history that began in the early 1950s through grandfather Giacomo and father Giovanni. In 1997, Stefano Bailoni took over responsibility for the harvest and has since shaped the direction of the estate. The production combines traditional values with modern technology, focusing on the processing of regional grapes. The portfolio includes various wines, such as the Blu Perla, which is vinified only in selected years. In its operations, the estate emphasizes sustainability and short supply chains from the regional vineyards to the cellar.
