On the nose, floral notes compliment nutty and toasty overtones. Bubbles are generous without being overwhelming. The palate starts with hints of floral citrus. Then creamy vanilla and orchard fruits on the mid palate. Long, streamline and mineral finish.

On the nose, expect a soft creaminess wrapped around notes of fresh peach, sun-ripened plum and cherry blossom. The palate is finely textured, with a delicate mousse and silky mouthfeel. Juicy stone-fruit flavours give way to deeper notes of plum marmalade, all carried on a mineral, bone-dry backbone.
