About the estate
The Ca' del Faggio - Valdobbiadene estate is run by the brothers Simone, an agronomist, and Ivan, an enologist, continuing a family farming tradition that began in the nineteen-fifties with their great-grandfather Giovanni. The enterprise operated as a mixed farm until the late nineteen-eighties, when it transitioned exclusively to viticulture, and subsequently adopted the name Ca' Del Faggio in 2017. The production focuses on Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines including Fogliargento and Fogliaoro, alongside the bottle-fermented Col Fondo and a cuvée named QVÈ made from six historical grape varieties.
