About the estate
The Buneburi winery was established in 2016 in the Kakheti region on the Outer Kakheti plateau in the village of Badiauri. The estate cultivates six hectares of vineyards, comprising 4.5 hectares of Saperavi and 1.5 hectares of white grape varieties including Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, Grdzeltevana, and Mtsvivani. During viticulture, the estate refrains from using herbicides and mineral fertilizers. Vinification takes place naturally in stainless steel tanks without additives, and the wines are bottled unfiltered.
