About the estate
The Bruna estate cultivates around seven and a half hectares of vineyards on classic Ligurian terraces across the hills of Ortovero, Pogli, and Ranzo. The winery was founded in 1972 by Riccardo Bruna, who bottled his first Pigato that same year. The vineyards are planted on mineral soils composed of Pliocene clay marls, fine sandstones, as well as red and blue clays. Alongside the regional focus on Pigato, the cultivated grape varieties include Rossese and Granaccia. Vinification takes place in a small cellar located in the Arroscia Valley in western Liguria.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Vermentino and Rossese.
