The historic farm, with records dating back to 1290, cultivates grape varieties including Rondo, Regent, Solaris, Johanniter, Phoenix and Orion. All winemaking takes place on-site using low-energy methods supported by solar power. The estate produces a range of wines and spirits from local grapes, which are available through selected stockists and regional venues.
