About the estate

The Camel Valley estate was founded in 1989 by former RAF pilot Bob Lindo and his wife Annie in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Situated on sun-drenched slopes near the Camel River, they established the vineyards and began producing both traditional method sparkling wines and still wines. In the meantime, the second generation with son Sam Lindo has taken over as winemaker and continues to run the family business. Careful manual work in the vineyard and precise cellar management define the style of the estate's wines. The wines are distributed both regionally within the United Kingdom and exported internationally.
