The Borter Stéphane estate is run by Stéphane Borter and his son Alexis in the Vaud Chablais region, where the winery has been established since 2002. The cultivated vineyard area spans across the terroirs of Aigle, Yvorne, Ollon, and Bex. The product range includes various wines such as Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Syrah-Merlot, Gamaret, Viognier, and Pinot Gris. Farming is carried out with an artisanal and nature-respecting approach, complemented by modern and sustainable techniques.
