About the estate
The Bopplisser Weinbau, Fam. Van Rijn estate has been producing red and white grapes according to Vinatura guidelines on the sunny southern slope of the Lägern in Boppelsen since 1997. Through a targeted reduction of grape yields during the summer, only the finest and healthiest grapes continue to ripen, significantly enhancing product quality. Vinification takes place using the latest gentle processing methods at the traditional Spitaltrotte in Ennetbaden. The portfolio includes red and white wines as well as Aqua d'Uva, which are subsequently bottled in classic Bordeaux bottles.
