About the estate

The small family-run Böhmer estate cultivates four hectares of vineyards on sunny stone terraces in Dürnstein in the heart of the Wachau region. The winery produces white and red wines such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Neuburger. As a member of Vinea Wachau, the estate produces region-typical wines in the traditional categories of Steinfeder, Federspiel, and Smaragd. The steep vineyards require dedicated manual labor and shape the wines with structure and depth.
