The family-owned Bodegas y Viñedos Sanz Moneo estate was founded in 2007 in Terradillos de Esgueva within the Castile and León region. The vineyards are distributed across Terradillos, Sotillo, and Villatuelda, featuring vines up to 80 years old rooted in clay-loam and calcareous soils in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. The portfolio focuses on the Tempranillo grape variety dedicated to producing distinctive red wines. Maturation takes place carefully in French and American oak barrels as well as in bottles. The winery places great emphasis on a patient and artisanal approach to crafting profound wines.
