The Bodegas y Viñedos Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo, S.L. estate was founded in 1988 by Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo, continuing a family tradition of winemaking in Pozaldez. The winery farms 45 hectares of estate vineyards situated at altitudes between 700 and 800 meters within the Rueda DO denomination. Grown on stony soils rich in calcium and magnesium, the cultivated grape varieties primarily include Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viura. Harvesting is carried out mechanically during the cool night hours to protect the must from oxidation.
