About the estate

Founded in 1877 by the Britons Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has a long history in the production of sherry and brandy and played a key role in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO. Since the early nineties, the estate located in Jerez de la Frontera has been managed by the Medina family and currently cultivates 23 hectares of organic vineyards in the pagos of Carrascal and Balbaína. The grape varieties grown include Palomino, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel, which are used to produce both traditional styles and biological as well as organically crafted wines. The portfolio features iconic brands such as Canasta, Dry Sack, and Fino Pando, with products distributed to more than 70 countries worldwide.
