The Bodegas Vetusta winery was founded in 1998 in Aranda del Duero in the Castilla y León region. At that time, the family began planting organic vineyards in the higher areas of the Ribera del Duero DO denomination, situated between Aranda de Duero and Segovia. The estate manages its soils and respects the surrounding ecosystem by following traditional and organic methods. The name Vetusta reflects the intention to preserve the historical winemaking expertise of Tejares and the wider region. Their portfolio includes wines such as Vetusta Crianza, Vetusta Viñas de Fuentenebro, and Vetusta Carrascalón Alto.
