The Bodegas Servilio-Arranz, S.L. winery was founded in 2004 in Pesquera de Duero in the heart of Ribera del Duero, continuing a long-standing family tradition of viticulture. The production methods combine traditional practices, such as traditional cap management during fermentation, with controlled spontaneous fermentations in stainless steel tanks. For maturation, the estate utilizes both French and American oak barrels before the wines are bottled with minimal filtration. The cultivated parcels are distributed across various sites around the area, allowing the diversity of the soils to be reflected in the bottles.
