The Bodegas Peral winery was founded in the 19th century by the Cuéllar family and passed into the hands of the Peral family in 1953. Located within the Vinos de Madrid DO region, the estate processes grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Malvar, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Combining ancestral winemaking traditions with modern cultivation methods, the estate utilizes a distinctive technique involving fermentation with grape skins and seeds. The winery produces an average of 95,000 bottles annually, featuring young wines, barrel-aged crianzas, sparkling wines, and specialized bottlings kept in contact with the solids.
