The Bodegas Murua estate in Elciego looks back on a long history in the Rioja Alavesa and has been part of Masaveu Bodegas since 1974. The winery cultivates over 80 hectares of vineyards distributed across 51 estate-owned parcels in various municipalities. Operations focus on environmental sustainability and continuous quality improvement in harmony with the local terroir. All wines within the Rioja DOCa denomination are produced exclusively from estate-grown grapes. The Masaveu family manages the winery across generations, combining tradition with ongoing technical and qualitative development.
