About the estate

The Bodegas Mendieta estate looks back on a tradition-rich history and was founded in 1900 in Alcázar de San Juan within the La Mancha region. Today, the family business is managed in the fifth generation, with its roots dating back to the first vineyards planted in El Duquesillo. The winery currently operates facilities in Alcázar de San Juan and Daimiel, cultivating new estates with a team of over 50 professionals. In addition to wine, the company also produces olive oil and distributes its products to customers across Europe, America, and Asia. Throughout its operations, the estate places great emphasis on ecological and sustainable practices as well as respect for nature.
