The estate manages 20 hectares of vineyards, with all processed grapes originating from its own vines. In the cellar, the harvested grapes are handled with care, fermented under temperature control, and aged in French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels within an underground facility. Today, the family runs the winery together and markets its wines under the brands Abadía La Arroyada and Abbatia within the Ribera del Duero DO designation.
