About the estate
The Bodega la Collera winery was founded in the 1950s by Daniel Gutiérrez González and is currently managed by the third generation. The estate farms various plots in Tegueste featuring different soils and steep slopes, where grape varieties such as Forastero negro de Tegueste, Negramoll, and Listán blanco are cultivated. Winemaking combines traditional methods, including a historical lagar and press, with modern techniques such as stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. The average annual production reaches about 10,000 to 12,000 liters, consisting of white and red wines distributed mainly to local restaurants.
The eno directory lists 2 wines.
