Bodega Bello Berganzo

About the estate

The Bodega Bello Berganzo estate is located in Samaniego in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa region. Founded as a family project by Marino Bello and Isabel Berganzo, the winery is currently managed in the second generation by their three sons Ángel, Carlos, and Josean Berganzo. The location of the vineyards near the Sierra de Cantabria and the Ebro River shapes the wines with a characteristic full body and a distinct acidity. In their daily work, the family relies on artisanal traditions and traditional techniques such as the use of the curved pruning knife known as the corquete.
