About the estate
The Bival estate has been cultivating six hectares of vineyards in Guia di Valdobbiadene in the Veneto region for over seventy years. Founded by Costantino Biasiotto in the early 1950s, the winery is run today by subsequent generations of the Biasiotto family. The vineyards are located within the protected zone of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and are characterized by steep slopes. Alongside the primary Glera variety, traditional local grapes such as Bianchetta, Perera, and Verdiso are grown in small quantities. Vinification takes place directly at the estate using exclusively estate-grown grapes.
