About the estate
The Befehlhof estate is located in Schlanders in Trentino-Alto Adige and is managed by Magdalena Schuster. The vineyards are situated on sunny, south-facing slopes in the Val Venosta at an altitude of 720 meters. The geographical and climatic conditions of the region offer ideal prerequisites for organic viticulture. Low precipitation and constant wind allow plant protection measures to be kept to a minimum. Thanks to significant temperature variations during the harvest period, the winery produces fresh and crisp mountain wines under the Alto Adige DOC denomination.

Il nostro rosato rinfrescante viene ottenuto dalla pressatura di uve della varietà Zweigelt. Fermenta e matura in serbatoi di acciaio. Presenta aromi fruttati da lampone e fragola, aggiunto con delle note speziate da Paprica dolce.

Il risultato è sempre un vino fruttato da diversi frutti piccoli con note di rosa canina. Al palato presenta un tannino croccante con una mineralità fine che deriva dai nostri vigneti.
