Founded by Basilio Izquierdo and Serge Fourton, the winery focuses on exclusive, personal, and artisanal small-production wines. The grapes are sourced from very old vineyards carefully selected from independent growers. The winemaking approach combines traditional expertise with experimentation and an honest philosophy free from yearly production pressure. In addition to standard releases, the winery creates custom-tailored wines for restaurants and private clients.
