The Baldauf Ramsthal winery was founded in 1966 by Karl-Heinz and Thekla Baldauf. Since 1991, the estate has been managed by their sons Gerald and Ralf Baldauf. The focus is on producing wines from the Franconia region that combine tradition with modernity. Alongside Ralf and Gerald Baldauf, the team also includes Silvia, Heike, and Bastian Baldauf. The wines reflect their origin in the surrounding landscape and nature.
