About the estate
The winery Badman wines located in Spain manages 4 hectares of vineyards under the EU organic certification guidelines. Production is distributed across three parcels named Viña Sierra de las Nieves, Viña La Perla Blanca, and Viña Manilva, with planting years ranging from 1950 to 2004. Altitudes vary from 50 meters in Manilva to over 850 meters in Sierra de las Nieves on sandy-clay, limestone soils and albariza structures. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts from their own vineyards, followed by aging in oak barrels from French, American, and Central European origins as well as in ovoid tanks. The cultivation includes six grape varieties in Sierra de las Nieves, Syrah and Tempranillo in La Perla Blanca, and Moscatel de Alejandría in Manilva.
