About the estate

The Azienda Vitivinicola Farasin winery traces its origins back to the late 19th century, when great-grandfather Sebastiano began producing a small quantity of wine. Today, Mattia carries on the family dream alongside his wife Martina in Vo', continuing a multigenerational path of winemaking. The estate's vineyards are located in the heart of the Euganean Hills, where volcanic and sedimentary soils create a naturally favorable environment for viticulture. The entire production chain, from vineyard management to vinification, sparkling wine production, and bottling, takes place directly within the estate. The portfolio features ten different bottled wine varieties alongside bulk wines from the Colli Euganei DOC denomination.
