The Azienda Agricola Borc Da Vila winery has its origins in the early decades of the 19th century in Romans d’Isonzo. The history of the estate is closely linked to the del Torre and Savorgnan Cergneu di Brazzà families. Under the current management of Countess Sabrina Savorgnan Cergneu di Brazzà, the estate focuses exclusively on the production of wines from certified organic grapes grown on its own vineyards. The working method places a special emphasis on sustainability, avoiding the use of chemical herbicides, applying precision viticulture, and focusing on native grape varieties.

Uno spumante rosato delicatamente fruttato, ma con un carattere inconfondibile dato dalla struttura dell’uva a bacca rossa e dal ridottissimo residuo zuccherino. Un perlage persistente e fine che dirompe in bocca con discreta eleganza.

La fermentazione del mosto avviene a contatto con le bucce degli acini a temperatura controllata così da ottenere un vino di corpo, con un bouquet ampio, pieno al palato con rimandi al profumo dell’albicocca ed altri sentori fruttati regalando anche fini note pepate.
