About the estate
The Az. Agr. Le Mandolare di Dal Bosco e Rodighiero estate cultivates about 20 hectares of vineyards on volcanic basalt and limestone soils in the Soave Classico zone. The history of the winery dates back to its founder Giobatta, and today Renzo, Germana, Chiara and Riccardo manage the estate by combining tradition and innovation. The vineyards are located in the areas of Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Fittà and Monteforte d'Alpone. The portfolio includes the Soave DOC, Soave Superiore DOCG and Recioto di Soave DOCG denominations, produced from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. All operations from planting to the rigorous manual harvesting of the grapes are carried out by hand.
