About the estate
The Asseimani - Poderi Borselli estate is rooted in a long family farming tradition in Tuscany. Organic cultivation has been practiced on the recovered land around the family farm since the 1990s. Following the entry of Davide Borselli in 2005, the eco-friendly approach was further intensified and supplemented by biodynamic and energy-efficient practices. The vineyard management focuses on manual techniques, spontaneous fermentations, and gentle maturation in wooden barrels. The portfolio includes wines from the Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations.
