The Ansitz Villa Rasslhof organic winery is a traditional family business located along the South Tyrolean Wine Road in Tramin. The history of the estate dates back to 1889, when the great-great-grandfather built and farmed the property. Today, the estate ranks among the smallest quality wine producers in South Tyrol and vinifies D.O.C. wines from its own vineyards in the estate's wine cellar. Cultivation follows ecological methods, with the winery currently in the transition phase to organic certification. In addition to wine, the farm's offering includes distillates, juices, vinegar, and other craft products.
