About the estate
The Ansitz Dornach estate looks back on a long history dating back to an official mention in 1288 and its acquisition by the family in 1836. The historic vineyards of the estate are characterized by individual terraced plots divided by dry stone walls, which shape the appearance of the property to this day. Today, the descendants of the Von Hausmann and von Gelmini families manage the estate as a biodynamic agricultural organism. Visitors can explore the agricultural reality through detailed tours of the biodynamic vineyards, the estate, and the cellar.
