About the estate
The Anabasis di Alagna Michelangelo estate was founded in the Sicily region by Michelangelo Alagna following his studies in winemaking and oenology. Located in the countryside around Marsala, the winery cultivates 15 hectares of estate vineyards influenced by the local climate of sunshine, sea, and summer drought. The grapes are processed in a modern, recently constructed cellar where the owner personally oversees all vinification stages. Production focuses exclusively on native Sicilian grape varieties, yielding labels such as Nero d'Avola, Grillo, Zibibbo, and Catarratto under the Marsala DOC and Sicilia DOC denominations.
