The Alejandro Fernández - Tinto Pesquera, S.L estate was founded in 1972 by Alejandro Fernández and Esperanza Rivera in the Castilla y León region. The origins of the enterprise date back to a 16th-century stone winepress where the first wines from family vineyards were produced. Cultivating 200 hectares of vineyards, the winery is closely tied to the Ribera del Duero DO denomination and played a pivotal role in establishing its reputation. Today, the family-run business is managed by the third generation and distributes its wines to more than 70 countries worldwide.
