The Adega O Cepado winery was founded in 2008 as a family business in Rubiá in the eastern part of Ourense and is integrated into the Valdeorras DO denomination. The vineyards feature clay, slate, and limestone soils, which create optimal conditions for winemaking. The estate relies on traditional methods for vineyard work, while modern technologies are used during the vinification phase. Color amarillo pajizo con reflejos verdosos. Aspecto limpísimo y brillante. Aromas primarios de intensidad media, que recuerdan a la uva recién cortada. En boca es graso, largo, glicérico y muy potente.

Limpio, brillante de color rojo purpura con reflejos violáceos. Capa media-alta. Aromas a fruta roja de frambuesa, mora y ciruela con ligero tostado de la madera, muy frutal.
