About the estate

The 10. Lengyel pince estate manages vineyards in Abaújszántó that were acquired in 2001. The sites include Sátor, Bea, and Kassa-város, where grape varieties such as Furmint and Hárslevelű are cultivated. The volcanic soils and local microclimate favor the production of both dry and naturally sweet wines, including Aszú and Szamorodni. Following spontaneous fermentation, the wines are matured in wooden casks or stainless steel tanks depending on the specific batch. Rooted in Tokaj-Hegyalja, the winery focuses on meticulous craftsmanship and highlights the characteristic regional aromas during vinification.
