Le domaine Rathfinny Wine Estate a été fondé en 2010 par Mark et Sarah Driver dans les South Downs dans le Sussex. Sur une surface viticole de 93 hectares située sur un coteau exposé au sud, les cépages principaux cultivés sont le Pinot Noir, le Chardonnay, le Pinot Meunier, ainsi qu'une petite quantité de Pinot Gris. Le domaine bénéficie d'un climat maritime influencé par la Manche et de sols calcaires filtrants. Toutes les raisins sont vendangés à la main. La production se concentre sur des vins effervescents commercialisés sous l'appellation Sussex PDO.
