Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Lavarini est un domaine familial en Valpolicella doté d'une longue tradition ancrée dans l'expérience de trois générations. L'actuel propriétaire Massimo Lavarini dirige le domaine, qui s'étend sur environ sept hectares de vignes et produit environ 55 000 bouteilles par an. Le portefeuille comprend des appellations traditionnelles telles que Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG et Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG. Chaque étape de la production, de la vigne à la bouteille, est personnellement supervisée par le propriétaire. Les vins sont distribués sur le marché italien ainsi que sur les marchés internationaux.
