Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Lavarini ist ein Familienbetrieb in Valpolicella, dessen langjährige Tradition auf die Erfahrung von drei Generationen zurückgeht. Der aktuelle Inhaber Massimo Lavarini führt den Betrieb mit sieben Hektar Rebfläche und einer jährlichen Produktion von rund 55.000 Flaschen. Zum Portfolio gehören die traditionellen Herkunftsbezeichnungen Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG und Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG. Dabei wird jeder Produktionsschritt von der Arbeit im Weinberg bis zur Abfüllung persönlich überwacht. Die Weine werden sowohl auf dem italienischen als auch auf internationalen Märkten vertrieben.
