Présentation du domaine
Le domaine La Fiorita à Castelnuovo Abate, en Toscane, cultive neuf hectares de vignes répartis sur les quatre sites distincts La Fiorita, Pian Bossolino, Giardinello et Poggio al Sole. Les vignobles présentent une diversité complexe de sols, d'altitudes et de microclimats qui permettent une vendange sélective et une vinification séparée des raisins afin d'obtenir un assemblage précis. La fermentation a lieu dans des cuves en béton, suivie d'un élevage en fûts de chêne français et slavon ainsi que dans des cuves en béton. La gamme de production comprend le Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, le Rosso di Montalcino DOC et le Toscana IGT.
