Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut La Fiorita in Castelnuovo Abate in der Toskana bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von neun Hektar, die sich auf die vier Einzellagen La Fiorita, Pian Bossolino, Giardinello und Poggio al Sole verteilt. Die Weinberge zeichnen sich durch eine vielfältige Kombination aus unterschiedlichen Böden, Höhenlagen und Mikroklimata aus. Die Lese erfolgt selektiv, und die Trauben werden separat vinifiziert, um eine präzise Cuvée für den Brunello zu erzeugen. Der Ausbau der Weine findet in großen Holzfässern aus französischer und slawonischer Eiche sowie in Betonanks statt. Das Portfolio umfasst unter anderem die Weine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC und Toscana IGT.
