Le domaine Karalashvili 1396 est dirigé depuis sept générations par la famille Karalashvili, dont l'histoire de la vinification remonte à 1396. La production est réalisée de manière traditionnelle dans des récipients en argile fabriqués à la main et enterrés profondément dans le sol. L'assortiment comprend notamment des vins Qvevri blancs, rouges et ambrés ainsi que des vins naturels. L'entreprise préserve les traditions vinicoles géorgiennes depuis des siècles et mise sur une fermentation biologique et naturelle. Les vins reflètent l'héritage historique et la méthode millénaire de vinification en Qvevri.
