Le domaine Euphoria Wines a été fondé à Tbilisi en 2019. L'entreprise produit des vins selon des méthodes traditionnelles géorgiennes et européennes, ainsi que l'eau-de-vie Chacha. Les raisins destinés aux vins sont cultivés dans des régions telles que Kartli et Kakheti, en utilisant des cépages parmi lesquels Shavkapito, Chinuri, Goruli mtsvane, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Tavkveri et Saperavi. Le portefeuille comprend des vins rosés, des vins ambrés produits en kvevri et des vins rouges.
